History
Created in 1999, Palacio Hospitality Group Inc. is a hotel management company that specializes in acquiring distressed or undervalued properties, renovating, re-branding and aggressively marketing them for corporate and leisure travel. President Ketan T. Patel and Vice President Pete Patel have over 18 years of hotel experience. They have worked from the ground up and have continually maintained an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach to business.
Palacio Hospitality Management Company is currently moving from operating economy branded hotels to acquiring limited-service mid-scale hotels who are affiliated with strong franchise brands in more predominant travel destinations. The goal for all Palacio hotels is to provide the guest with more value and better service than what the competitors can offer by providing a superior product and quality assurance.
Palacio Hospitality centralizes many key functions, including operations, marketing, accounting and human resources. This allows for controlled costs and revenue maximization as well as consistent procedures across all Palacio hotels regardless of brand or destination. This centralized strategy has proven to be beneficial throughout the growth and development of the company.
